Jazz Festival
As well as our August/September agenda, we have some very exciting news! On October 8th-9th, we’re delighted to be hosting the inaugural Port Erin Jazz Festival. Featuring the extraordinary talents of Alan Barnes and Dave Newton, backed by students from the Leeds Music College Jazz band and a bevy of local talent, the festival will comprise 2 evening concerts here, plus Saturday afternoon sessions at the Bay and Falcon’s Nest Hotels. We are nearly 50!
It doesn’t seem possible but October 30th sees the 50th anniversary of the Erin Arts Centre! We’ll be celebrating all month but will be hosting a special weekend of events from the 29th- 31st. Watch this space for details!
New Exhibition
It must be 50th Anniversary year! The Southern Photographic Society have just launched their 50th Anniversary Exhibition in our gallery and it’s a cracker. come down and feast your eyes during office hours or at showtime. Congratulations and here’s to another 50 years of happy snapping!
