We are thrilled to announce a new date for Ruth Keggin and Rachel Hair’s album launch here at EAC. Postponed from the Mananan Festival, the show will now take place on Monday 19th September at 7.30pm. You know what to do!

There is no easy way to say this but Ruth Keggin and Rachel Hair’s sold-out show tomorrow is cancelled due to illness. We can only apologise to everyone who has bought tickets and wish Rachel a big ‘get well soon.’ We are already working to reschedule this show but it will not take place during festival week. Live From The New York Met Opera is Back!

Join us tomorrow for the first in the new series of ten spectacular productions. The series kicks off with a revival of Mussorgsky’s ‘Boris Godonov.’ Bass, René Pape, reprises his overwhelming portrayal of the tortured tsar caught between grasping ambition and crippling paranoia. Conductor Sebastian Weigle leads Mussorgsky’s masterwork, a pillar of the Russian repertoire, in its original 1869 version, which runs two-and-a-quarter hours with no intermission. NB.
