>Welcome to the Erin Arts Centre.

The Erin Arts Centre is an internationally recognised arts centre in the lovely seaside resort of Port Erin in the Isle of Man. The little island nestles in the middle of the Irish Sea in the centre of the British Isles. As a registered charity, the Erin Arts Centre is a non-profit arts centre dedicated to presenting performing, vocal and visual art for the benefit of the Island community. Known for its groundbreaking music and opera programmes and its international competitions, the EAC is acknowledged to be one of the leading arts centres in the British Isles.

We have changed the way you can book tickets:
You will now be able to book for all our events (unless specified) online at Please bring a copy of your ticket to the door as proof of purchase - this can be in the form of an email sent to your phone or a printed version.
DON'T PANIC! You will still be able to drop into the Centre and book in person. Tickets will still be available at the box office and you will be able to pay by card if you wish. Unfortunately, we will no longer be taking email or telephone bookings. The online system is quick and easy to use. We hope it will make things run more smoothly for you and for us!
Each month we send out a newsletter as a reminder of events in the following month. If you would like to subscribe to this service when it recommences, please click on the button and complete the form. We only require your email address and we do not keep any other personal information from this service.

The 2019 Mananan Festival was very successful but the 2020 Festival was cancelled. The artistes who were due to appear in the cancelled 2020 festival all agreed to come in 2021 but that too has had to be cancelled because of covid travel restrictions.

The Barbirolli Oboe Festival was postponed from 2020. It was hoped to hold the competition in 2021 but that also had to be canceled because of Covid restrictions. At present we do not know when the next competition can be held as 2022 is scheduled for the Tertis Viola Competition and we cannot envisage holding 2 major competitions in the same year. Details will be released when we finalise dates.

Sadly Raymond Leppard died on Tuesday 22nd October 2019 at his home in Indianapolis. As well as being an internationally renowned conducter, he was Patron of the Erin Arts Centre from 1971. His support will be sadly missed.
