Pippa Lovell – ‘Port Erin is my Larder’ – The Long Weekend

‘The Long Weekend,’ is a 4-day celebration of the vibrant Manx arts scene, featuring artists from all over the IOM. All events take place at the Erin Arts Centre and include:
-Bushy’s bar by ‘The Bay,’ Port Erin (subject to licencing)
-Early bird, pre-show menu @ Versa restaurant (discount for anyone with a valid ticket on the day)
-Discount drink @ Foraging Vintners, Cosy Nook Bar to anyone with a valid ticket on the day.

Pippa Lovell,  Chef and owner of restaurant Versa, will give us an insight into the ways ingredients are sourced for her restaurant and how Port Erin plays a huge part in forming her weekly menu.
