However, when this habitually smiley creature finds herself haunted by thoughts of sadness, anxiety and death, she embarks upon a riotous journey of self-discovery to the Real World accompanied by stowaway sidekick, Ken.

With great direction and a smart script, Margot Robbie is a candy-coloured triumph, with Ryan Gosling fantastically vacuous as Ken.
