 – Droitwich Discovery by Nick Warburton performed by Rushen Players:
Not Stratford but Droitwich, with soliloquy and dialogue as exciting as would be expected. If not quite as predictable on a day out for four theatre lovers.

– All by Myself by Robert Scott, performed by The Service Players

Larry has been shipwrecked on a desert island for 7 years.  All on his own, or so he thought…

Friday 4th March
– (Begins with the Youth Entry)
The Musicians by Patrick Marber, performed by Stage One Drama School

The orchestra of Ridley Road state school is to give a concert in Moscow.  Their instruments are impounded by customs but Alex the janitor comes up with a plan.

– (Followed by an Adult entry)
The Nativity Play by Daphne Caine, performed by the Service Players

Miss Lipton’s class always present an outstanding Nativity play.  We meet them during the preparations for their next festive production.

The Youth awards will be presented after the adjudication of the adult play on Friday night. NB His Excellency the new governor will be joining us on the Friday and presenting the Youth Awards.

Saturday 5th March
 – The Lover by Harold Pinter, performed by Hogg the Limelight:
To all outward appearances, Richard and Sarah are a respectable married couple.  Behind closed doors, however, we discover a surprising and intriguing arrangement.
