Friday Film Club starts the year with another exciting collaboration, teaming up with SofA to bring you ‘the architecture cult movie’.
Seen as one of the significant architectural thinkers and urbanists of his generation, Rem Koolhaas creates architecture that utilises the best of modern technology and materials to address the needs of a particular site and client. Ila Beka and Louise Lemoine’s fascinating film opens the doors to one of the masterpieces of modern design, allowing the viewer access to the inner workings of the house, through the stories and daily chores of Guadalupe Acedo, the housekeeper, and the other people who look after the building.
“Heartfelt, thought-provoking and hilariously funny” (New York Times)
Includes a short introduction by the IOM Society of Architects.
