Perfectly supported by our very own Josh and Harry; Gruff Rhys lead us on a magical meander into the American Interior, with film., slides, stories and his beautiful, understated songs filling the venue. What a finish, what a week! Thanks to all the artists, sponsors, audience, staff and supporters for a truly fantastic festival. Photos by Adrian Cowin & Louisa Thomas.

Ashlishyn Noa (New Visions) – Tuesday 1st July
Yn Cholloo by Meayll, She Rises Dancing by Matthew Warren, Rock Paper Canvas featuring Ella Magee & Helen Faragher, On Ravensdale Hill by Jackie Morrey Grace
Well done to everyone who took part in the new Ashlishyn Noa event. We had gorgeous meditative film, an incredible new composition using the echo of the EAC, an informative and inspiring Q&A which saw the audience chatting about art and the beauty of the Manx landscape and then… the wild, colourful, folk horror epic that is On Ravensdale Hill! Thank you all, a real pleasure be able to host such a variety of original IOM talent. Can’t wait for the next one!

Martin Roscoe & Sophie Rosa – Monday 30th June
What a fantastic start to Mananan 2025! Sophie Rosa and Martin Roscoe, ably assisted by our very own Brodie Millar, brought the house down with their beautiful programme of spring/summer music. The original violin and piano rendition of The Lark Ascending was a revelation and the Elgar an absolute showstopper!
