Welcome to the Erin Arts Centre.

We are an internationally recognised arts centre in the lovely seaside resort of Port Erin in the Isle of Man. The little island nestles in the middle of the Irish Sea in the centre of the British Isles. As a registered charity, the Erin Arts Centre is a non-profit arts centre dedicated to presenting performing, vocal and visual art for the benefit of the Island community. Known for its groundbreaking music and opera programmes and its international competitions, the EAC is acknowledged to be one of the leading arts centres in the British Isles.

The 2018 Mananan Festival is now over for another year. Audience numbers surpassed previous years as we had 3 events completely sold out and 3 events with less than 6 seats available. We will be announcing the line up for next years Mananan Festival soon but, as a lot of people were disappointed at not being able to get tickets for some events, we urge you to consider booking early next year. Tickets will be on sale in Spring 2019. A definite date will be announced here.

From 6th to 13th April 2019 we will be holding another Lionel Tertis International Viola Campetition and Workshop. The information booklet for competitors can be downloaded from the Tertis page. Payment for competition entries and workshop fees via Paypal will be available from 1st September

Our next big event is the 2018 opera on 14th & 15th September which will be Don Pasquale by Donizetti, last performed at the Erin Arts Centre in 2003. Although we and other venues on the Isle of Man show live screened operas from all over the world, the Erin Arts Centre is the only Isle of Man venue to perform live operas regularly on stage.
