When to book

Tickets for an event can usually be booked as soon as the event is publicised, or when you receive details and a booking form in a regular mailing. The exception is for the Mananan Festival when the events are announced before the bookings officially open.

Please note that this is not a secure site. The email facility can only be used for reserving tickets. You should therefore only send us details of the events you wish to attend, the number of tickets required and price, plus an address and daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. For your own protection, do not include bank details.

Booking Information

Tickets reserved by phone or email must be paid for within four working days of the reservation, or 30 minutes before the performance (whichever comes first). Tickets will be held at the Box Office until 15 minutes before the start of the performance, after which they may be sold.

Payment for tickets can be made by cheque or in cash. We are currently unable to accept payment by credit/debit card. Postal bookings should be accompanied by a cheque for full payment and a Stamped Addressed Envelope. Please write your name and address clearly on the envelope. If you are booking tickets from the UK mainland, please include the cost of postage to your payment (UK stamps are not valid in the Isle of Man).

Exchanges and refunds

The Erin Arts Centre cannot refund money or exchange tickets. However, we will try to resell unused tickets once all other tickets for an event are sold. A handling charge of £1 per ticket will be deducted from any resulting refunds.

Students under 18 pay only £2 for all Erin Arts Centre events except for events with food. Events organised by third parties who hire the auditorium may have other concessions available.
