If you have subscribed to our mailing list but haven't
received a newsletter by email, there are a number of possible reasons.
These are the most common.
- Our mail is blocked by your email application or ISP
Your email application or your Internet service provider may think the Erin
Arts Centre's mail is junk mail. Check your junk mail inbox, or contact
your Internet service provider to see if your account has a junk mail filter
that is blocking our mail. If you are using a company email address, you
may find that the company's security policy prohibits email newsletters.
If this is the case, your only option is to subscribe with a personal
email address.
- Your email address ceases to work
Maybe you've changed your email address but haven't told us. Or you've allowed
your email account to lapse for some reason. Remember to let us know if
your email address has changed or if you wish to unsubscribe.
- Your mail box is full
Sometimes your mail box becomes full, i.e. you have reached your service
provider's limit on your email account. Before you can receive any more
mail you must delete as many old messages as necessary to free up space
(after backing up any important messages you want to keep, of course).
