When to bookTickets for an event can be booked as soon as the event is publicised, or when you receive details and a booking form in a regular mailing. How to bookIn person, or by telephone on (0)1624 832662Weekly, except the Christmas season, Tuesday to Friday between 1.30pm and 4.30pm. The Box Office is also open 30 minutes before each event. By post, or fax to (0)1624 836658If you have received a booking form in your regular Erin Arts Centre mailing, simply complete and post it to us with your cheque for the value of the tickets. If you are reserving tickets by fax, please see Reservations and Payment. By email to boxoffice 'at' erinartscentre.comPlease note that this is not a secure site. The email facility can only be used for reserving tickets. You should therefore only send us details of the events you wish to attend, the number of tickets required and price, plus an address and daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. For your own protection, do not include credit or debit card details.

ReservationsTickets reserved by phone, fax or email must be paid for within four working days of the reservation, or 30 minutes before the performance (whichever comes first). Tickets will be held at the Box Office until 15 minutes before the start of the performance, after which they may be sold. PaymentPayment for tickets can be made by cheque or in cash. We are currently unable to accept payment by credit/debit card. Postal bookings should be accompanied by a cheque for full payment and a Stamped Addressed Envelope. Please write your name and address clearly on the envelope. If you are booking tickets from the UK mainland, please include the cost of postage to your payment (UK stamps are not valid in the Isle of Man). Exchanges and refundsThe Erin Arts Centre cannot refund money or exchange tickets. However, we will try to resell unused tickets once all other tickets for an event are sold. A handling charge of £1 per ticket will be deducted from any resulting refunds. ConcessionsOver 60s, registered unemployed and registered disabled are eligible for discount. Concessions generally apply only to Erin Arts Centre promotions. Where applicable, they are shown in the programme details, either in printed publicity or on this Web site, or both. Only one discount may apply to any one ticket and you may be asked to provide proof of eligibility. Student tickets for Erin Arts Centre promotions are sold for £1, subject to availability. The Erin Arts Centre reserves the right to introduce concessions and special offers at any time. These are not available retrospectively. |
